The infracos provide financial and technical information that is used by the Arbiter and London Underground.  This includes Annual Asset Management Plans, which describe the detailed plans and proposals for the forthcoming nine years based on the current requirements of the PPP contract, and information necessary to support the analysis leading to guidance and directions of the Arbiter.   The Arbiter engages Independent Reporters to asses the robustness of these plans, to provide assurance on the processes used by the infracos in developing their submissions and to ensure consistency with the infracos management accounts and internal planning systems.
